Double delight as twin sisters celebrate decade of service at Dukes

A leading enforcement company staged a double celebration for two of its long-serving directors – who just happened to be twin sisters.

Sarah Naylor and her twin Laura toasted an impressive decade of service at Dukes having both joined the Staffordshire-based business in 2015. Just for good measure, their older sister Zoe also works at Dukes.

And the similarities don’t end there because both Sarah and Laura have excelled during their time at Dukes, rising to key leadership roles with the family-run firm.

Sarah has worked her way up to the role of Sales Director while Laura has climbed to the position of Marketing Director. The twin sister act has delivered complementary strengths that ‘continue to shape the direction and growth of our business’, Dukes said.

“Reaching ten years with the company is a milestone I’m incredibly proud of,” Sarah said. “I never set out planning a ten-year career at Dukes, but had I imagined it, I would have hoped to be contributing at a senior level. I’m proud to now sit on the Board and help shape the future direction of the business.

“The journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and I’ve learned so much along the way. What makes it even more special is being able to share this achievement with my twin sister. We’ve grown together, supported each other and I’m excited to see what the next ten years will bring.”

Laura said the milestone represented ‘a moment of real pride’. She said: “Rising to a director role has been a result of hard work, determination and the support of some fantastic colleagues.

“This is an industry where professionalism and integrity really matter, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change.

“To share this milestone with my twin sister is something unique and very special. We’ve taken different paths at times, but we’ve always pushed each other forward. I look forward to continuing to drive success together in the years ahead.”

Beyond Dukes, both serve on the Women in Revenues and Enforcement (WIRE) Board, championing gender diversity and inclusion across the sector. Laura helps shape WIRE’s strategy and leads marketing initiatives, while Sarah, a member of the CICM technical committee and President of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA), acts as a national spokesperson for the industry.

In her tenth year, Sarah has appeared on BBC Breakfast, Radio 4’s You and Yours, BBC podcast ‘Scam Secrets’ and was recognised on Credit Connect’s Industry Leaders 2025 list for her contribution to the sector. Together, the sisters, including their elder sister Zoe, represent a new generation of leadership at Dukes, combining family values with forward-thinking strategy to modernise enforcement.

CIVEA is the principal trade association representing civil enforcement agencies in England and Wales. CIVEA represents approximately 40 firms that make up more than 95% of the entire enforcement industry.
