Met Office issue Yellow fog warning for tonight and tomorrow morning

The Met Office has today issued a Yellow warning for various parts of the UK. This warning states that fog patches will form during this evening (13th January 2022) and then become more widespread overnight – perhaps leading to some travel disruption.

Here in the Midlands we can expect clear spells and cold at first this evening, remaining dry overnight. Fog will form quite widely, especially along the Welsh borders and will likely be dense by the morning. Frosty for many. Minimum temperature -5 °C.

Friday will be foggy and frosty for many to start, fog will linger in western areas for much of the day. Pleasant sunny spells where fog does clear. Feeling colder than Thursday. Maximum temperature 6 °C.
