Arrests made following Newcastle stabbing
Officers from Staffordshire Police have arrested a man and woman after an incident where a man was stabbed in Newcastle last night (April 25th 2021).
They attended Orme Road at around 9.30pm following reports a man had suffered wounds. A man aged 23, from Derbyshire, and a woman, aged 26, from Newcastle have been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
Both remain in custody. The man is receiving treatment in hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
