Two men charged following criminal damage at Hanley flats

Two men have been charged after a water sprinkler was deliberately set off at a block of flats in Stoke-on-Trent.

Staffordshire Police were called to a block of flats off Well Street, Hanley, at 5.25pm on Thursday (27th October 2022) following reports of criminal damage.

Officers attended as did colleagues from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

It was reported that a water sprinkler head had been deliberately tampered with, causing damage to a communal area.

Dylan Lee Hall, aged 25, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of criminal damage and two counts of possession of a bladed article in a public place.

Neil James Stockton, aged 34, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of criminal damage.

They are both due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
