Submit your video’s to North Staffs TV
North Staffs TV would love to feature your videos on our website, the video’s can be news or sport, shots of a local area, wildlife etc.
Video guidelines
- All video’s must be in landscape mode
- Video quality must be at least 720p (most new smart phones are above this quality so should be fine)
- When you submit the video you must provide as much info as possible, such as where the video was filmed and when etc
- Once you submit the video to us you agree that we may publish this on our YouTube channel, video’s maybe edited by us if required
Note : video’s that contain music maybe removed by YouTube due to their copyright system.
Copyright and permissions
Please note that video and images from books, works of art, footage and stills from websites are not generally copyright free, so please avoid these.
Avoid showing any clear product names or labels in any videos, if possible. There are laws about using images and footage of children – full parental permission must be obtained.
How to send us your video’s
- Contact us first via Facebook or our Contact Us page and let us know what video you wish to send us.
- Visit https://www.filemail.com and select “Send As Link” from here you can upload the video and it will give you a link address, send us this address so we can download your video – You are able to send up to 5GB for free via this method.
- Once we receive your video it will be reviewed, and uploaded to our YouTube.
